For several years we at Taylor Group Realty have represented DeCal Custom Homes and DeCal Oregon, Inc. in the sales of the new homes they built in the greater Portland area.During the past year DeCal has experienced financial difficulties as have many other local and national home builders.As you know, even though we were not part of the DeCal organization we did operate under the name DeCal Real Estate during 2006 because we represented all of their communities.Once they stopped building, we opened a new office with a new name and now represent many different builders and communities.
We have received numerous phone calls concerning warranty work.Unfortunately DeCal has closed their office and shut down their email and telephone lines.We have no communication with them and they no longer have employees to handle warranty work.Thus, it is doubtful that you will receive any communication or satisfaction from DeCal.
DeCal was a member of the HBA (Home Builders Association) and you are free to contact them about DeCal if you have any questions (503-684-1880). You can also call the State Contractors License Board at 503-378-4621.Decal´s CCB number was 153395.
We continue to be available for your current and future real estate needs.
